Shipping Policy
Made to Order
FeralSpark products are made to order. Your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, so please allow time for both production and shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Available shipping methods and rates may vary depending on the products in your order and the delivery destination.
Processing & Delivery
Orders must first be produced before they can be shipped. Delivery estimates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Multiple Shipments
Products in the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number for the same order.
Shipping Addresses
Please carefully check your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a package is returned because the address provided with the order was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may be required to have the order shipped again.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Carrier delays can sometimes occur after an order has shipped and may be outside FeralSpark's control.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, arrives damaged, or there is another problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Lost-package claims should be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Contact us at contact@feralspark.shop and include your order number and a description of the problem. Photos may be requested when an order arrives damaged.
International Shipping
International shipping availability is determined by the destinations currently offered at checkout. Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
